How Find Your Person works
Find Your Person is a pre-launch AI-assisted matchmaking service. Members complete a guided interview, set reciprocal dating preferences, and may opt into a photo-pair exercise. The system combines six weighted signals and a modeled-conversation gate before creating an introduction. The free plan is configured for up to three shown introductions per week, subject to availability and matching thresholds.
Join the city waitlist1. Start with context, not a card stack
The guided interview asks about relationship goals, values, habits, communication preferences, and dealbreakers. Those answers help build the member profile and interview-derived matching signals. It is more effort than writing a short bio because the answers are used throughout matching.
2. Personalize what “promising” means
Members set age, gender, distance, and relationship preferences. They can also complete an optional photo-pair exercise. A standard photo session targets 50 comparisons and builds a member-specific visual-preference model; it does not guarantee attraction.
3. Check the potential pair in both directions
The system evaluates reciprocal discovery preferences and creates directional scores for both members. A potential pair must clear the matching threshold from each person’s perspective as well as the modeled-conversation gate.
4. Explain the recommendation
Introductions can include a plain-language rationale and score components. The explanation is context for a decision—not proof of compatibility. Either member can pass, and standard introductions currently have a three-day response window.

- Is the interview required?
- The interview is part of the matching setup because its answers create profile and personality signals. The separate photo-pair exercise is optional.
- Does every member receive three people each week?
- No. Three is the free plan’s weekly shown-introduction limit, not guaranteed supply. A member may receive fewer when the local pool is small or no eligible candidate clears the threshold.
- Does the AI choose for me?
- No. It filters and ranks potential introductions. Members decide whether to accept, pass, message, meet, block, or report.
